Education & Achievements
Ryan was born in raised in York, PA. After graduating from York Suburban in 1999, he attended and graduated from York Technical Institute with an Associate’s Degree in Business Management.
He went on to become store manager for a national retail chain for 6 years where he won numerous awards, in the company, for being; Top Manager of the Year (competing against 25 other store managers), Highest Increase in Sales Volume, & being noted as a “company” employee that volunteered his time at other stores for the better good of the company.
Personal
During that time he met his wife, Rochelle, and shortly after he joined schmooze inc. as a Relationship Builder (2007). Now he is currently Owner/President purchasing the business from Gary LaTulippe in January of 2009. In 2009 he and his wife welcomed their first child and have grown their family to 3 children. They also have a dog, Reese, which is a mix Border Collie and Black Labrador.
His hobbies and interest include Basketball (daily pick-up games), Golfing, Billiards, Darts, Classic Mustangs (owns a 1967), and of course spending time with the family.

Donna is a lifelong resident of southern York County. After graduating from Red Lion School District in 1990, she worked as a Realtor, then as a Licensed Assistant for just under 9 years. She is married to Tom and has 3 children/step children; Justin 22, Emily 19 and Ben 11. Donna began working at schmooze inc. in January 2008.
Hobbies
Her hobbies and interests include reading, golfing, billiards and walks with her family. Donna has been the organist, and subsequently the choir director for Hopewell Presbyterian Church for the past 26 years. Other affiliations include:
