When we enter into a business relationship with you to provide the services promised for processing of credit card payments, our mutual expectations are such that we will work together and service your account for many years to come.
We’ll always do everything within our power to make sure that your experience is a positive one, but should you decide to cancel your account anyway, all we ask is that you give us a 60 days’ written notice of cancellation (cancellation letter must be signed by the original signer of the merchant account). This is required and you must continue to process during that 60 day term before you make the switch to another processor. Failure to provide the written notice or not processing during the 60 days could result in fees being charged by the processor which is disclosed in your merchant agreement and our proposal.
Special circumstances such as lack of processing, business closure, or change of ownership of the business are situations which the 60 day notice is waived in most cases but a cancellation letter (signed) is still needed.
Obviously our goal is to create a unique and long lasting business relationship that will continue for years to come. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service and competitive rates. You will find that schmooze inc. will be the first and last place you will come to process your credit card transactions.
